Crypto.com Arena has some of the hottest concerts and special events around. But the venue has a few rules that have to be followed to make sure everyone has a great time.

So make sure to read on and see what is required. These rules are in effect for most shows at the venue. Usually the venue posts exceptions alongside their event listngs.

Accessibility Policy

Crypto.com Arena has a variety of accommodations available for accessibility needs guests. This includes accessibility seating on all levels, wheelchair/scooter storage, sign language interpreters, and assistive listening devices. 

If you know you will need accommodations to enjoy your upcoming event, please contact the venue at your earliest convenience. We recommend calling at least two weeks ahead.

Bag Policy

Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed. Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5” x 9” x 1” are permitted and are subject to security inspection. Medical and parental bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” are required to go through an X-Ray machine security screening. Please see a Guest Services team member on site for direction to the nearest screening entry.

Camera Policy

Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Please note that some shows will have a different camera policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information. Camera bags of any size are not permitted as the venue does not allow bags inside Crypto.com Arena.

If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.

COVID-19 Related Policy

By entering Crypto.com Arena, you agree to follow the current California Department of Public Health Guidelines for Indoor Mega Events. All guests age 2 and over are required to present either proof of full vaccination (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test within 1 day for an antigen test or 2 days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event.  A photo ID matching the vaccination or negative test record is required for all ticketed guests. Home test results are not accepted. Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home!

Lost and Found Policy

All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please contact Guest Services with a description of the item.

After the event, you may also contact the venue at (888) 929-7849.

Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).

Mask Policy

Masks and face coverings are required. Guests should wear their masks at all times unless briefly eating or drinking.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed in the venue.

  • Bags that don’t align with the bag policy
  • Bottles, Cans, Coolers & Liquid Containers
  • Food & Beverage (Including Alcohol)
  • Illegal Substances
  • Fireworks & Other Projectiles
  • Recording Devices, Video Equipment
  • Electronic Devices
  • Weapons of any Type (Including Pocket Knives & Firearms)
  • Large Chains & Studded Bracelets
  • Laser Pointers & Aerosol Cans
  • Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, thunder sticks, etc.)
  • Large Banners, Signs, Sticks & Stickers
  • Two-Wheeled Motorized Devices
  • Other Items as Required by Event Promoters

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

Crypto.com Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Generally, re-entry is not allowed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Crypto.com Arena will only issue a refund when a headlining act cancels or postpones their performance.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Please contact the venue to ask about any available smoking areas outside of the venue.
